The Next CPD Psychology programme has taken reasonable care in development and set-up of this programme. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Next CPD Psychology takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.  In the event of unforeseen disruptions, the Next CPD Psychology programme cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates.

The programme information is correct at the time of publishing, but the Next CPD Psychology programme reserves the right to change it, if necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. 

All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law. Should events such as a force majeure (e.g. war, earthquake, fire, flood, vandalism, destruction, an act of God or  government, legislative enactment or amendment, regulatory interference strikes, lockouts or any other industrial disputes as well as other events caused beyond the reasonable control of a party) render us unable to deliver the service as advertised, the Next CPD Psychology programme shall not be held responsible. We cannot be held responsible for any damages and or costs whatsoever arising from any alteration or cancellation. 

The purpose of the learning material (the lectures, presentations and articles) in the Next CPD Psychology programme is to provide continued professional education to enable participants to acquire CPD points and to discuss the principles of psychology. This material must not be used for purposes of individual advice or therapy. The Next CPD Psychology programme cannot be held liable by any participant in the programme or third party for any harm that may be caused if any content in the Next CPD Psychology programme is used for the purposes of individual advice or therapy. The material in the Next CPD Psychology programme represent the opinion of the particular presenters and authors, and not necessarily that of the Next CPD Psychology programme.

Cancellation Clause:

 Cancellations made on or before 29 February 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. For cancellations after this date, the full registration fee will unfortunately be forfeited.
